Recently, I stumbled upon a YouTube channel dedicated to nature documentary shorts, but there’s a surprising twist: the entire content is created using artificial intelligence. In an effort to flag misleading content, I reported the video to YouTube, although I’m skeptical about whether any action will be taken. It raises an important question: Why would Google invest in AI technology that potentially undermines the integrity of its own platform? As more users begin flooding channels with this type of AI-generated content, merely banning individual accounts will hardly be a sustainable solution.
