Working in operations at a midsize company, I found myself struggling to keep up with daily responsibilities. He expressed concern that using these tools could be making the team “look bad” and insisted that “real work takes time,” implying that reliance on AI might be seen as shortcutting the effort.

Using available tools efficiently is simply a smarter way to manage responsibilities, not a breach of integrity.
