In today’s fast-paced work environment, staying organized and efficient can be a significant challenge—especially for professionals handling multiple responsibilities like emails, follow-ups, meetings, and task management. Recently, I found myself overwhelmed, struggling to keep up with the constant flow of work.

However, my approach didn’t sit well with my supervisor, who has reservations about AI usage. During a recent conversation, I was told that relying on such tools makes the team appear less competent and that “real work takes time.” This feedback has created an awkward atmosphere, with my manager implying that I am undermining the integrity of the team’s efforts.
From my perspective, leveraging technology is simply a way to work more effectively, not to cut corners or avoid responsibility. In fact, using AI and digital tools aligns with the fundamental goal of improving productivity and results. It’s about working smarter, not harder—something that should be encouraged in modern workplaces.
