He expressed concerns, implying that relying on AI might be seen as cutting corners or making the team appear less capable. He told me that “real work takes time,” and questioned whether I was providing genuine value.

This has created an awkward atmosphere at work. It feels as if my efficiency is being misinterpreted as shortcuts or lack of effort, simply because I don’t appear visibly stressed or overwhelmed.
