In my recent experience, I faced significant difficulties with the image generation feature on my Plus account. Despite being promised a certain limit, I was only able to generate two images per day before the service abruptly blocked further access. The support team’s responses were slow, taking up to three days to reply, and mainly consisted of generic AI-generated troubleshooting steps that didn’t resolve the underlying problem.

To make matters worse, attempting to resubscribe through Google Play now costs twice what I initially paid. Despite explaining that the issues stemmed from technical faults beyond my control, the support team has declined to assist me in securing the original subscription price. Frustration is mounting, especially since customer support seems unable or unwilling to offer meaningful assistance.

Sometimes, reaching out through different channels or requesting escalation can lead to better assistance. Customer support experiences should be transparent, responsive, and helpful—an expectation that, unfortunately, isn’t always met.
