Navigating the world of online subscription services can sometimes become a source of frustration, especially when technical issues and customer support fall short. Recently, I faced a series of challenges with a Plus membership that left me disappointed and eager for resolution.

Initially, I encountered persistent problems with image generation on my Plus account. The platform constantly informed me that I had reached the limit for free accounts, restricting me to just two images per day. Over time, the issue escalated to complete blockage, preventing any further image creation. Despite reaching out to customer support, responses were slow—taking up to three days—and mostly consisted of automated, AI-generated replies that offered only basic troubleshooting suggestions. Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the core problem.

After approximately eight days of ongoing issues, I decided to inquire about canceling my membership. Unexpectedly, support staff responded three days later and proceeded to cancel my account without any confirmation or direct communication. This sequence of events was frustrating, particularly since I had not authorized the cancellation.

Adding to my disappointment, attempting to resubscribe through Google Play now costs double what I initially paid. Support staff have been unhelpful in assisting me to regain the original rate, despite the fact that my difficulties stemmed from platform malfunctions—specifically, ChatGPT not functioning correctly. Unfortunately, my experience with customer support has been discouraging, leaving me to wonder if there’s a way to reach a representative capable of providing genuine assistance.
