Navigating the world of AI-powered tools can sometimes be fraught with unexpected hurdles, especially when customer support falls short of expectations. Recently, I encountered several issues with my Plus membership that left me frustrated and seeking assistance.
Initially, I faced limitations in image generation, being restricted to just two images per day—a stark contrast to the unlimited access I anticipated. Over time, my account encountered recurring errors, such as messages indicating I had reached the free account limit and eventually being entirely blocked from generating any images. Despite reaching out for help, the support response was slow and unhelpful; replies were often delayed by several days and consisted primarily of generic AI-generated troubleshooting suggestions that did not resolve the issues.
After approximately a week of downtime, there was a slight improvement in my account’s functionality. During this period, I also inquired about cancelling my subscription. Unexpectedly, the support representative responded three days later and proceeded to cancel my account without any confirmation or prior warning.
Now, attempting to resubscribe through Google Play, I find that the price has doubled from what I initially paid. Unfortunately, when reaching out for assistance in negotiating the original rate, the same support channels have been unhelpful, refusing to offer the previous pricing despite the difficulties caused by the platform’s technical problems.
My experience with ChatGPT support has been particularly disappointing, which adds to my frustration. I am eager to reconnect with a support representative who can genuinely assist me and resolve these issues fairly.
