In today’s digital age, the energy demands of advanced AI models and data centers are escalating rapidly. While many are excited about innovations like Grok 4, it’s crucial to look beyond the surface and consider the environmental implications of powering such technology.

Recent reports reveal that some organizations are resorting to unconventional and environmentally concerning methods to meet their energy needs.
