Streamlining Content Management: Seeking Software Solutions for Effective Deliverables Tracking

As the owner of a dynamic video production agency with a talented team of five videographers, I constantly strive for efficiency in our workflow. With each videographer producing approximately 12 videos per week, keeping track of all content deliverables has become increasingly challenging. My current approach, which relies heavily on spreadsheets and an array of notes on my iPhone, has proven to be more chaotic than productive.

A common issue we face is unintentionally delivering excessive pieces of content, primarily due to the lack of a centralized tracking system. In an ideal scenario, I would like to establish a system where I can assign the total number of videos for each package at the outset and subsequently minimize the need for constant oversight.

Moreover, seamless integration with Dropbox is a must for us, as it is our primary platform for file storage and delivery. I initially explored Asana, hoping it would address several of my organizational challenges; however, I encountered persistent bugs with its Dropbox integration that hindered functionality.
